Over the past years, Link Ur Codes has become the frontrunner for a new era of education by guiding students academically throughout their journey from school to the IT industry. We have curated different programs to help them excel in this journey. 'Women who Code' is the new addition to the roster and we aim for it to be a success as our other similar projects.

With 'Women who Code', our main aim is to inspire, help, and encourage more women to join the field of technology.

The main reason for this, as you know, is the gender gap in the field of technology. If we look back at our history, we can understand that in 1995, 37% of Computer Scientists were women. That number has sadly reduced to 24% today. Women's participation in Computer Science continues to reduce with each passing year. This percentage will continue to decline if we do nothing and our project's aim is to reduce this decline.

To tackle this, our expert instructors have created more than 50 hours of Mobile & Web Application Development Coding sessions within a month exclusively for girls and women.

The best part of our session is that you don’t need any coding skills to attend this. And also, as part of this endeavor, we offer placement assistance and special assistance in developing your Tech Entrepreneurship ideas. As a bonus, we are also offering a 1-year free Coding Club membership to help you in your career growth.
